The Ghantoot Royal Gardens Masterplan is an opportunity for an enhanced lifestyle and recreation offer for the UAE capital city of Abu Dhabi. The project features a world class Polo and Equestrian Resort and Residential Community, easily accessible from Abu Dhabi International Airport. The development site is the physical and metaphoric gateway between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, located at the northern most part of the Abu Dhabi Emirate.

Andalusian and Moorish inspired architecture has influenced the formation of a new Town Centre, World Class Polo and Equestrian facilities and a Wellness Retreat set amongst lush gardens and tranquil waterscapes contrasting the desert setting. Opulent Residences of Contemporary Arabic style are woven between a collection of Polo Fields, garden paths and horse trails.

Inspired by the tradition of Royal Arabian Gardens, Ghantoot Royal Gardens is a creation of intricate geometric gardens, courts, paths, watercourses and tree groves. The use of the traditional Falaj water irrigation system combined with the application of Xeriscaping provides a new and sustainable landscape approach, building on garden traditions within the region.
