Malaysia’s largest urban development, Medini, is located in Iskandar Malaysia, the country’s premier economic zone, and is expected to bring in Gross Development Value (GDV) in excess of $20bn over a period of 15 to 20 years. Medini is a 9.3km2 mixed-use urban development, located on prime greenfield land in the heart of Nusajaya, which lies in between Malaysia’s second crossing to Singapore and the country’s southern Johor State’s New Administrative Centre (JSNAC). The project aspires to deliver an environment conducive to live, work and play.

The Esquisse Concept Masterplan of Zones A + F spans 5 km2 of land, and includes an Urban Civic Centre in Zone A, and the Zone F Lifestyle and Leisure District. The Urban Civic Centre has a Central Avenue which forms the heart of the development and is surrounded by retail, commercial, leisure, community and cultural facilities. The Lifestyle and Leisure District features a Golf Village, Medical and Wellness Village, Amusement Bay and Residential District, which has a series of unique residential communities enhanced by their associated recreational activities.

The Waterside Village provides a high-end neighborhood of luxury residential towers, arcades, promenades and marina moorings. While the Golf Course Villas area contemporary interpretation of the traditional Malaysian courtyard house typology, set in a lush tropical garden environment. The future community of Medini will enjoy a vibrant, modern lifestyle of global standards in total harmony with the natural environment. Residents, businesses and visitors will enjoy a world-class environment that strives for growth and sustainability.
