This existing centre is located one street back from the new Redcliffe Beach Promenade. It is located within a strip of underperforming retail. We identified a need for the creation of a new dining destination which would increase visitation to the centre.

By utilising the existing verandah space, we were able to create a valuable new al fresco dining opportunity. We removed the existing shopfront line and reconfigured it to allow for more flexibility of tenancy use, and allowed for the revitalisation of the façade.

We added a new architectural element of a framed batten screen pinned off the existing structure, which allows for the consolidation and organisation of signage, whist creating a new precinct identity.
