Palm Beach Villa is an oceanfront villa with views stretching from Palm Beach to the Pacific Ocean beyond. The existing residence required a completed refurbishment. The existing building comprises of two pavilions linked by an enclosed breezeway. There is a main living room fronting an internal courtyard and an external balcony facing the ocean. Each of the four king bedrooms have their own ensuite, and there is a large children’s room which sleeps 4 and has its own bathroom.

The refurbishment entailed a renovation of the existing kitchen and the introduction of a new Calacutta stone bench, and all bathrooms were completely refurbished with limestone walls and floors, and Apaiser vanity basins. The furnishing and styling of the property could best be described as coastal minimalist luxury, consisting of a serene palette, comfortable furnishings and warm textures.

The pool was renovated to feature a white surface with limestone paving and mosaics. It is enclosed with frameless glass to ensure minimal impact on the ocean view.
